Justin has over 20 years’ experience in project management in the defense industry.  Since 2017, he has devoted his time to implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software and developing novel data analytics solutions through research and development projects.  These efforts help defense forces accelerate their mission readiness by ensuring resources (people, equipment, and sustainment support) are available at the time and place of need. 

Justin joined the Navy in 2001 while studying to be a mechanical engineer and was commissioned into the naval nuclear propulsion program in 2003.  After completing active duty service, Justin joined Lockheed Martin in 2008.  He has held roles of increasing responsibility including covering diverse assignments across engineering, business operations, and data analytics.  He is always on the lookout to apply his lean-six sigma greenbelt training, and is passionate about process improvement and technology adoption.
